Cyber Shadow Gardna Empty Cyber Shadow Gardna

hello, i got a question
in the end phase cyber shadow gardna is set in its (own, reserved) spell- and trapzone
but in the nexus game it is send to the graveyard, if there ist no other (additional) free zone
is it a bug or my mistake?
