Rules for posting a Bug Report:

• Please check known bugs before posting
  
• Please make your report as detailed as possible
  
• Include the cards face up on the field at the time, when cards were set (if not posting a screenshot)
  
• If you can, please post a screenshot of the field at the time. It can greatly help us decipher whether you are experiencing a bug or just an obscure Yugioh Ruling.
  

Hello, I am having problems with the activation of Kashtira Riseheart. Several times I summon it via its effect or normal summoning to test and the system does not let me trigger the effect that lets you banish a card to modulate its lvl. I have noticed it only happened to me since I have played against other players using the card and it activates correctly for them. Might there be any way to help correct this?
