How to Report a Bug

If you would like to report a bug, please check off these things first:

- Review #known-bugs to see if your particular bug, or a similar enough bug, are listed there. You can use the search bar at the top right of the page to help you filter through the channel.

- If you believe your bug may be related to a ruling issue, you may ask in #rulings-help first before reporting it as a bug. You may ping @Certified Judge for help there.

- If the bug you wish to report pertains to the Discord or something unrelated to the game itself, please try visiting #server-and-site-help instead. You may ping @Teacher for help there.

- If you'd like to report that the servers are down, please check #server-status before asking. If the servers are down for you but #server-status lists them as up, you may ask in #server-and-site-help.

If **none** of these help, then react to the this comment with

, and you will get the @Reporting A Bug role, which allows you to report a bug in #bug-reports. Your role will then be removed once you have reported your bug and no @Bug Tester has any more questions for you.

Keep in mind that this system is designed to help limit the amount of duplicated Bug Reports we get. Therefore, people found posting about known bugs or other issues addressed above will receive a Bug Strike. Get 3 of them, and you will find yourself unable to report anymore bugs. With that in mind, we appreciate you stopping by and helping us create a better and more bug-free Dueling Nexus!

**Additional Note:**
Before reporting a supposed bug in #bug-reports , test the “bug” again and see if it works that time, if it doesn’t, save a screenshot of the board state and then post your report.
